5.3 – Can I manage merged documents from my WordPress dashboard?

This depends on whether, in the form’s GravityMerge settings, you’ve selected the option for merged documents to be saved or deleted. If you’ve selected the save option, you can download merged documents from the Forms > GFSaves area and you can also delete them there if you no longer want or need them.
