What this statement does
This statement explains how we handle the personal information we may collect when you use this website, gravitymerge.co (the Site), or purchase one of our products or services through it. When we use the terms we, us or our, we are referring to GravityMerge as described in our terms of use.
What we collect
If you purchase one of our products or services, or otherwise interact with us through the Site, we will collect some or all of your:

We use Stripe to process payments. We do not obtain or store your credit card information.
If you enter any personal information into our contact or support forms, or your email address into forms in order to sign up for a webinar or obtain free downloads or other materials, we will also collect that personal information.
Why we collect it
We collect the personal information described above to enable us to identify you, to communicate with you about our products and services, to help you when you purchase or wish to purchase our products or services, to promote our products and services to you, and to reply to questions you may have.
You’ll be added to our email list automatically if:
- you enter your email address into forms in order to sign up for a webinar or obtain free downloads or other materials or complete a survey, or
- you pay for one of our products or services.
If you use our pre-sales support form, you may elect to sign up to our mailing list. If you do, you’ll be added to our email list.
You agree we may send commercially-oriented emails to members of our email list. You can unsubscribe from our email list at any time (for example, when you receive an email, you can click the ‘Unsubscribe’ link).
We use MailerLite for management of our email lists. When you interact with an email that MailerLite sends at our request, MailerLite collects some information automatically about your device and your interaction with the email (and it uses cookies and other tracking technologies to collect some of this information). Who will hold it
We will hold your personal information. It will also be held on our behalf by our hosting provider, WPEngine, and email addresses in our email lists are held on our behalf by MailerLite.
Choice
You have a choice as to whether to provide this information to us. You can choose not to if you wish. If you do not provide the information we ask for, we will not be able to provide our products or services to you and we may not be able answer questions you have about them.
Who will see it
Within our business, your information will be viewable only by those who genuinely need to see it for the purposes set out above or for the purpose of administering the Site. It will not be viewable by anyone else, and we will never sell it to anyone.
If we were to sell our business, we may share your information with a potential purchaser of the business, but subject to a requirement that they keep it confidential and not use it for any other purpose.
Statistics
